Custom Flow Hive - assembled, painted and delivered from

Ready for a flow hive but don't want the hassle of buying and assembling it yourself? Then this is the service for you. I will purchase your choice of flow hive, assemble and paint the hive, add bees and then deliver it to your property ready to go. We will discuss the best location and site the hive, and I am available to help get you started with opening and inspecting the hive as well as assisting with your first honey harvest.

The hives will be assembled and hand painted with two coats of exterior paint, before a custom paint job by Jenny, a local artist. I will then add bees to your brood box, make sure the bees are settled and productive, and then deliver the hive to your property. Numbers are limited as these hives take a significant amount of time and effort to look this good : ) Order early to avoid missing out.
 
Prices include the purchase of the flow hive, assembly, painting, bees, delivery, and two on-site visits to assist with hive inspection and honey harvest. I also offer plain painted hives for $300 less than the prices listed below - checks my other products.
 
Flow Hive 2 (6 frame) $2000 or $2100 with stand
Upgraded from the original Flow Hive, with ventilated base, honey collecting shelf, two observation windows and an optional base with adjustable legs.
 
Flow Hive 2+ (6 frame) $2200 or $2300 with stand
The top of the range, made of red cedar and with extra features like an entrance reducer and ant guards, plus all the features of a Flow Hive 2. 
 
Classic Flow Hive (6 frame) $1900
The original Flow Hive, made from araucia pine, with observation window, removable pest tray and access for honey harvesting. 
 
Hybrid Flow Hive (3 flow + 4 wax frame) $1700
The best of both worlds, with traditional frames as well as Flow frames in your honey super, allowing harvesting of honeycomb as well as honey.
 
Hives will be delivered in Spring, once the bees are established and collecting nectar. A 50% deposit, including any additional equipment, is required to allow me to purchase the hives and get started on assmebly and painting and to secure your order.
